At Puddleducks we realise that our staff are our greatest asset.
The staff often work between the two centres but even if staff mainly work at one site we work together on policy and procedures, the program and evaluation and consult on behaviours and development.
Kate
Kate is the owner and director of Puddleducks childcare. She has 15 years experience in childcare and is currently the director of The Kids Cottage, Middle Harbour. She has a Bachelor of Education and oversees both centres, spending time at them weekly.
Emily
Emily is our St Leonards Centre Manager. She has 5 years experience with preschool children. She has her Certificate 3 in Childrens Services and is currently studying her Diploma.
Megan
Megan is our Cremorne Education and Group leader. She has an Early Childhood Teaching Degree. Her previous experience has been as a room leader in larger centres.
Marina
Marina is one of our Permanent Assistants. She has 9 years experience caring for 0-6 year olds. She has her Certificate 3 in Childrens Services.
Leah
Leah is one of our Permanent Assistants. She has 9 years experience with pre-schoolers. She has her Certificate 3 in Childrens Services.
Lu Lu
Lu Lu is our newest team member. She has been working with Puddleducks for 1 year. She has her Diploma in Childrens Services. Lu Lu also teaches Mandarin to Children.
