Welcome to Puddleducks Preschool. Located inside St Leonards Business Park, with convenient all day parking, this boutique Preschool caters for a maximum of 15 children per day. It is open from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. The expertly structured, vibrant program meets all the cognitive, physical, social and emotional needs of Early Childhood. Individual developmental needs are extended through children's interests and we maintain records of your children's progress School readiness activities are intertwined into the daily activities including numeracy, reading and writing, talking and listening, social and self help skills. The safe and stimulating classroom environment and resources are set up to allow the staff to provide high quality care, attention, nourishment , creative experiences, construction, literacy, socio-dramatic play, security and shelter. The outdoor environment is setup differently every day to encourage new physical skills and learning opportunities inlcuding but not limited to sand and water play, gardening, climbing, running, sport and games, bike riding, building, and care for pets. Puddleducks activiely supports the National Early Years learning framework, focusing on the child's sense of "belonging, being and becoming". Parent involvement and communication is encouraged to create a strong and enriched link between preschool and home learning.
